Permits will only be issued to passenger vehicles. Motorcycles, commercial and historical vehicles will not be issued permits.<\/p>\n<p>3. A permit does not guarantee a parking space.<\/p>\n<p>4. Unregistered vehicles or vehicles that cannot be driven may not be parked in the lot.
